Group类型下无法修改宽高

我记得文档有说 group 不支持设置宽高的哦

现在group在画布中调整宽高是监听不到变化的。有个resizeWidth() resizeHeight()属性可以设置宽高 ，但是设置后画布中就不能再调整宽高了。

目前只能通过resizeWidth/resizeHeight来修改Group宽高（虚拟的）, 后面看增加一个resize事件监听的途径

已经增加了BoundsEvent来监测包围盒变化，新版本已发布
