Can't open this program

Can't open this program, tried using win8/7 compatibility and opening as administrator.

It was working fine before and didn't open for a while, With the windows upgrade, then realized it wouldn't open.

Windows 10 22H2 19045.4412
.Net v3.0 v3.5 v4.0.30319 Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime 8.05 7.015 6.021 3.13

I'm not able to replicate it. Windows 10 22H2 19045.4529 WindowTabs 2023.10.15

Did you use my release https://github.com/leafOfTree/WindowTabs/releases/tag/v2023.10.15? Is there any error log?

You can try the latest release at https://github.com/leafOfTree/WindowTabs/releases

One possible reason is that the settings file is broken. I've added error handling to pop a message box if it's so.
