support font color setting when dark background，especially in dark mode of win10/win11

Font color setting and preset dark mode theme colors have been added. Please check the latest release at https://github.com/leafOfTree/WindowTabs/releases

It would be amazing if the appearance settings could automatically switch between light and dark mode.

Sure it's convenient to switch based on OS color mode. But it will make user adjustment useless. How often do you change your OS color mode? Maybe we can add an option for that.

I'm using WinDynamicDesktop or Windows Auto Dark Mode to automatically switches between the dark and light theme of Windows 10 and Windows 11
