Installs french text from german CD

This issue has already been published in 2018 https://www.rockraidersunited.com/topic/8399-changing-language/ The original installer has a language selection in the beginning

Can confirm. In the original installer, you can choose between french and german, while on this alternate installer there's no option for that. So I guess it just installs in french, since that seems to be the default. I had a XP VM on hand and installed it there, nevertheless it would be nice to add this option to this alternate installer, for all the multi language CDs out there.
