Expected Behavior

Add rel="noopener" or rel="noreferrer" to any external links to improve performance and prevent security vulnerabilities.

Actual Behavior

It does not exists rel for links in the timeline.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Run Lighthouse in Chrome or see manually and check the Best practices result
