Current Behavior
Placed a medium quarry and put a level 5 miner as the quarrier and they will either just destroy the ring of frammed cobble around the quarry or just walk around the quarry not doing anything. I have tried to fire and rehire a new worker destroyed and rebuilt. i updated the versions listed above this issue first started on version minecolonies-1.18.2-1.0.808-ALPHA structurize-1.18.2-1.0.411-ALPHA. I have filled there request for materials but still wont work.
Expected Behavior
the quarrier should start digging and building the quarry
Reproduction Steps

how long have you waited? and which style?
Wooden medium quarry, and it was 2-3 hours last night and been 2-3 hours today
Same issue, but was able to unblock the quarrier's AI by clearing out the first layer manually, including underneath the fences along the edge.
Looks like there's a y-offset issue, based on where the quarrier is placing torches
The issue is due to the fact that framed blocks are placed before digging down a layer..
Then when actually digging the next layer, the digging algorithm considers the already placed framed blocks are on the way and removes them.
This result into floating torches and destroyed ladders and balcony from medium quarry. This issue renders most quarry hard to reach or leave by the miner because the designed path to and from the surface is destroyed.
I am having this same issue with Miner in Wooden Medium Quarry on: Minecraft 1.18 Minecolonies version 1.0.919 ALPHA Structurize version 1.0.424 ALPHA
Is there a fix? or will it resolve itself eventually if I leave him to do his "useless" work?
similar problems here using minecolonies style running (latest as of yesterday for 1.19.2) versions: blockui-1.19-0.0.64-ALPHA.jar domum_ornamentum-1.19-1.0.76-ALPHA-universal.jar minecolonies-1.19.2-1.0.1198-ALPHA.jar multipiston-1.19.2-1.2.21-ALPHA.jar structurize-1.19.2-1.0.476-ALPHA.jar
--floating torches in small quarry --repeating load state / mining on medium quarry with constant place and remove cobble frames --after having put my quarrier on the small quarry, then firing from small and hiring on medium, the quarrier is still working on the small but citizens info shows working at medium
ive tried digging out some of the medium quarry to no avail and then i updated but finding issues still persist.
is there anything i can provide (logs, command results, screenshots) that might help?
update 20230122: i loaded up a creative world and built the minecolonies quarry and the jungle quarry. the juingle quarry is moving along well but the minecolonies pack quarry is not. looks like the issue may be with specific quarries.
Same with simple quarry.
For us the problem was caused by Applied Energistics 2. After removing it (and all dependants) from the server (modpack: All The Mods 8) the quarry works perfect again.
Took some time disabling and enabling all the mods 1 by 1.
If I find some spare time in the coming weeks, I will try to have a look in the source code to see if I can find the culprit.
