Dinning hall getting steal by courrier

Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?

• [x] I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version. I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.

Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?

• [x] I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.

What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior

Courrier pickups whatever there is in dining hall's storage, including cooked food for the colonie.

No way to setup minimum stock in the interface

Expected Behavior

Should be able to set a minimum stock so the courrier doesn't pickup everything in dining hall's storage.

Reproduction Steps

1. Build dining hall
2. Lookup the interface of the dining hall (no minimum stock)
3. Build a courier
4. Watch him steal cooked food from dining hall

Did you set food on the menu?

Yes I did, there's three different choice.

For example, cooked egg. The waiter cook them, than the courrier pick them up even if it's on the menu.
