Create mod filter and clipboard data is erased by colonists

• [x] I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version. I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.

Current Behavior

When colonists pick up filters or clipboards from the Create mod, they combine them into a single stack, wiping any differing details on those items.

For instance, if I leave 4 filters on the floor, each with a different filter definition, if a colonist picks them up there will be a single stack of 4 filters in their inventory, all of which have the same filter definition set from a seemingly random choice out of the 4 (or perhaps it's whichever they deem was picked up first). This happens with attribute filters, list filters, package filters and clipboards.

Expected Behavior

The data contained in these filters should be maintained.

Reproduction Steps

1. Take several of the same type of filter and give each a different filter criteria.
2. Drop the filters on the ground near a colonist and have them picked up.
3. Observe the colonist's inventory to see all but 1 of the filters' data removed.

Logs

I don't have access to server logs and client logs would be useless in this case

I would guess that this is a general issue with stackable items with nbt
