Stats: Alchemist, Apiary, Bakery

Changes proposed in this pull request

• Alchemist: Stats on potions brewed and ingredients harvested.
• Apiary: Stats on items collected from hives and bee breeding attempts.
• Bakery: Stats on items crafted and items cooked.

Note that Bakery changes involved two core abstract classes. The approach taken to minimize testing splash was to put a no-op hook in the base class and then override it in the Baker's subclass.
