[BUG] Fisher is unable to detect pond of 7x7x3

Current Behavior

Fisher complains over lake not being 7x7 on the same level as the hut.

Expected Behavior

Should be able to detect the lake that i made deeper inbuilt in the fortress lvl 3 ffishers hut. Currentl 7x7x3

Reproduction Steps

Build fishers hut upgrade to lvl 3 Dig it deeper and slighly wider depth 2.

Was also an issue in 1.1.593 latest fix should be in 1.1.52
