Can't compile, unresolved externals

Tried using 2019, 2022, tried building with intel, wont even show me where the errors are

Looks like an error with your linker. Nothing to do with the code or project.

Yeah I fixed it, but now theres a new issue image

I'm not sure what you're doing in the WINNT header file, which is a system header file by the way. I still think it's an issue with your Linker / IDE.
