missing description for multilingual support

The README.md states in the description: Multilingual support but only links to hugo website.

I do not see any description how a user can switch between given languages from the theme. Even the configuration file contains no second language. Most hugo themes use a button to toggle between languages.

Can you please be more specific in README.md how the theme supports this feature?
