Date/DateTime parameter and return types of LDBC SNB queries
At present they return http://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/api/java/lang/System.html#currentTimeMillis()
This is inconsistent with the spec. We (LDBC) need to agree on a format and then implement it in the driver
