Feature request: Add support for GSSAPI or GSS-SPNEGO SASLMechanisms

Hey I'm trying to use this library but I noticed that when binding without a SaslMechanism the credentials are sent in cleartext. This is not really something I want to do. Is it in the scope of this project to add support for GSSAPI or GSS-SPNEGO?
