Corrections to CraneApp for MOOSE Language Support

Changes made to CraneApp.h and CraneApp.c to allow for the use of MOOSE Language Support VSCode extension. See a similar issue and correction to MALAMUTE at https://github.com/idaholab/malamute/pull/199.

@edbworth Just a heads up, @cticenhour is working to finalize what needs to be done to git CIVET running with CRANE. As soon as everything seems good, I will review this PR.

@edbworth In order to get this off our "PR plate", can you rebase and then push this again? The CRANE testing recipes were recently updated after the MOOSE submodule was updated, and a new push event is required to get them.
