Antivirus warning [false-positive?]

Bitdefender Total Security 2020 notifies the file might be infected, with the following message:

"The file C:\ZDL\ZDL.exe is infected with Gen:Suspicious.Cloud.8.@nKfaaR54roi and was moved to quarantine. It is recommended that you run a System Scan to make sure your system is clean."
