Monitor shows rainbow

Hey there, i wanted to play around with the LCD-Screen a lil bit. I was interested what would happend if i execute the "LCD-hdmi" file. It started to reboot but now my monitor only shows me a rainbow screen. Can I change that back to the LCD-Screen and maybe tell me what is happening right now xDD Btw it was my intend to display the system on my monitor but i guess i did sometinng wrong haha
