Issue alongside jQuery UI Datepicker

Is there a way to make this work with jQuery UI Datepicker?

It works great when the page initially loads, but whenever datepicker is updated or a user goes to select a date the Selectric styling gets destroyed and it returns to the default jQuery UI Datepicker dropdown styling. Any insight as to how I can make them both work?
