allow user to choose thumbnail

Currently, for mp4 assets, the user can choose a frame in the video for a thumbnail. Let them upload their own, like the app (no urls though).

For all file types, choosing one's own thumbnail or pasting an http link should be an option. Our users want this.

I just experience an issue: When uploading an STL, speech does not pull a thumbnail from it during publish or allow you to view the 3d file in the browser.

The LBRY app has a great 3D model viewer. If we can integrate that it would be awesome.
