disable channel login / note to users who try to login

We don't want people creating channels on spee.ch directly, send them over to lbry.tv

  • [ ] if a user tries to login to a channel/pw (we can grab DB if needed), send them a message to reach out to [email protected] with the info to get control of the channel/claims.
