Support thumbnail upload of featured images

A user recently tested the plugin and created some posts with featured images. It set these as a thumbnail, but it used the original location, i.e. http://3.22.133.55/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/erik-mclean-5YTlwN2JGy8-unsplash-300x200.jpg

Maybe we can use the same spee.ch upload technique here.
