Better Error notification for Spee.ch Upload Issues

Currently, if there is an authentication issue or otherwise, the post will publish fine but images and media will not be Uploaded to spee.ch. The error and reason is logged in the Daemon log as well as by WP Debugger, but there is no front end user notification. We should fix this.
