Torrent integration: pending issues

Before #3657 goes to review, those items needs testing or fixes.

Incorrect fields on file list:

• [x] - added on
• [x] - mime_type
• [ ] - blobs(? maybe ignore)
• [ ] - test with a channel
• [x] - stream_name/hash
• [x] - suggested file name

Bugs:

• [x] - status is always running, even after 100%
• [x] - (critical) on restart, save path changes to current folder

• [x] Some of the file list filter options are broken. The ones belonging to one but not the other, like stream_hash
• [x] repeated file entries on db every restart
