balance discrepancies / transactions time out on multitenant SDKs

adding/removing wallet does not help, utxo release neither. Not a balance caching issue because I tried sending LBC and it would only show the new one. All transactions and UTXOs were the same.

In this recent case, the user's balance was normal until they imported a yt synced channel and we sent claims over.

Only a reboot of the SDK helps.

This has happened a few times.

We also have transactions time out until the SDK is restarted - recently happened to about 10 SDKs for Odysee, all connected to the same hub. Not sure if both issues are related, but if txes are not properly getting updated, it would cause the balance issues.
