I have this error when trying to upload video using the LBRY Desktop app.

Just confirming that I'm seeing this too on Win7 on v53.9. (Yeah yeah I know, I'm continuing to put off installing Linux. :P )

Edit: I just saw the OP was made in March, but it's now Jun 29 and it's just happening today again.
