Media sharing location / external USB drives

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Running small drives for system is a problem when sharing videos.

Describe the solution you'd like Having lost of media stored on larger external drives, I'd like to see the app able to get media directly from a source instead of having to copy it to the lbry folder. Running a system disk with 120gb while having TBs of data to share becomes a problem with how the LBRY app currently works.

Describe alternatives you've considered Setting up a link to external drive and point it to the lbry data folder, although this would limit you to only one drive with one location still making it a hassle as lbry wants to make a copy of everything when the data is already there.

If there is anything I've missed in regards of sharing data directly from source/external drive, or misunderstood I'd be happy to be corrected.
