DESCRIPTION:

If the user is watching a video while they toggle the Dark Theme setting, their playback will halt suddenly.

REPRO STEPS:

1. Install and Launch LBRY 0.15.8 on Android 10
2. Start watching any video
3. Navigate to "Menu > Settings>
4. Toggle the Dark Theme

Results: Video stops playing

Expected: Video continues playing
