First Launch occasionally results in Startup Fail Error

DESCRIPTION:

Running the app for the first time after installation occasionally results in a Start Fail Error screen. This happens about 1 in 10 times on my more powerful Pixel 2 XL, and about 1 in 3 times on my slower Galaxy S5.

"App startup failed. Please check your data connection and try again. If this problem persists, please email [email protected]"

Everything loads successfully when launching the app again in the future.

1. Install LBRY 0.15.6
2. Launch the application
3. Wait for initial load screen to resolve
