Toggling Dark Theme Corrupts Channel Page UI

DESCRIPTION:

If the user toggles the Dark Theme setting while viewing a Channel Page the UI will be corrupted.

REPRO STEPS:

  1. Open LBRY 0.16.11 on Android 8.1.0 w/ a Synced Account and Daemon Running
  2. View someone else's Channel Page
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Toggle 'Enable Dark Theme'
  5. Click Back button

Results: Page is corrupted

Expected: Page displays correctly
