Edits Made to Channel do not Appear on Save

DESCRIPTION:

When the user makes change to their Channel, they are told that their changes were saved, but none of the changes appear immediately. The changes eventually go live, but there is no indication that there will be a delay, so people are likely to think something is broken. For example, the lbry.tv page warns the user about this.

REPRO STEPS:

  1. Open LBRY 0.16.11 on Android 8.1.0 w/ a Synced Account and Daemon Running
  2. Go to your Channel
  3. Click the Edit button
  4. Edit the Channel Name (or anything else)
  5. Click Save

Results: Changes do not appear to have taken effect

Expected: Changes take effect immediately or user is notified there will be a delay
