Stop in App Notification does not End Daemon During Startup

DESCRIPTION:

If the user taps the Stop button in the app notification shortly after launching, it closes the app in the background, but does not stop the daemon or dismiss the notification.

REPRO STEPS:

  1. Open LBRY 0.16.11 on Android 8.1.0 w/ a Synced Account and Daemon NOT running
  2. Slide down on the Android top menu
  3. Expand the LBRY notification
  4. Click stop

Results: The notification and daemon persist

Expected: All aspects of LBRY stop
