Deleting an Image Download from its Page Causes Stop Icon to Appear and Persist

DESCRIPTION:

If the user deletes an image from the image's main page, the Delete text will correctly change to Download, but the icon will switch to a Stop icon.

REPRO STEPS:

  1. Install and Launch LBRY 0.16.11 on Android 8.1.0
  2. View an image to download it
  3. Click the Delete button

Results: Download icon is a square

Expected: Download icon is a downward arrow

Unable to reproduce on a9aadbe meaning issue was introduced at least after this commit. Also does not occur on latest master ee1d090e62bdd2934a749e9825aef05cf707a53a. This is probably already fixed and will be pushed out to everyone the next release.
