Images Show Black Screen when Loading

DESCRIPTION:

Navigating to an Image file causes it to begin downloading. If the user clicks the image during the download (or sometimes this happens automatically) they are taken to a black screen to wait for it to load. If it is a large file they will wait on this black screen for a long time with no idea if anything is happening.

REPRO STEPS:

1. Install and Launch LBRY 0.16.11 on Android 8.1.0
2. Navigate to a large Image
3. While it's download, tap the image multiple times

Results: User is taken to a black screen

Expected: Picture doesn't attempt to display until it's fully downloaded
