Feature request: repository renaming

Allow name & releases informations edition

Repository renaming has already been asked as a feature in the past, but as I had said, renaming requires to rebuild the repository metadata. This is basically what duplicate operation does, so I suggest to use the duplicate operation to rename a repository, then delete the old one.

For the release version renaming, if you think of a use case where you'd need to rename a release version, please let me know.

Hi, I have an issue about that where I need to rename a huge repo, but I don't have enough storage to duplicate it, I feel that renaminh is still needed if you feel that's doable !
