[REQUEST] Ignore window by name in window mode

What is the user problem or growth opportunity you want to see solved?

I want to be able to ignore a window from showing up inside the window mode.

How do you know that this problem exists today? Why is this important?

I run Rofi on Hyprland, and I use xwaylandvideobridge. It has a hidden window somewhere, but Rofi picks it up, so I would like to hide it inside the window list. It's important, to me, because I want to run a combi of window, drun and run and not only that the xwaylandvideobridge window shows up in that list, when I don't even need to ever interact with it, it also shows up first in the list.'

People who will like to ignore certain programs from the window mode
