We need to define which host provider to use, and make Nanobox production deployment work

I'm thinking Scaleway, first tier server cost/benefit is very good: 2 GB ram, 2 cores at 2.99 euros/month.

Digital ocean and Linode are also options with coupon code, we might be able to run 1-2 months for free.
