ELI5? Some Meson internal commands fail randomly and it's unclear whether the problem is in Ninja, Meson or Python 3.10?
FWIF, the error in https://github.com/msys2/MINGW-packages/pull/11915 can be reproduced reliably, meaning that it's not random, it just happens anytime I run ninja. It may be useful to investigate this issue further...

Uses [Ionicons internally](https://github.com/himelbrand/react-native-numeric-input/blob/11c8d117e8d2c62ed15ef76b0111ee71a3cef394/NumericInput/NumericInput.js), so just specify `Ionicons.ttf` in `android/app/build.gradle`
Dunno if it really matters, but try `Ionicons.ttf` (only the first I uppercase)

I have updated the AMD driver package, but to no avail. However I experience the same issue in calls to `glDeleteProgram`, see https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/issues/5129. And on another device with Intel UHD...
