Installation fail

I get the apk update on the device. But I am not able to install the update successfully. I get the message "the package is corrupted". However, when I copy the updated apk manually to the device, it works. Which means that the apk itself is fine. How do I get around this problem ?

I dont have an error but apk never gets installed
