Node 12 deprecation

I'm getting this note/warning from github:

Node.js 12 actions are deprecated. For more information see: https://github.blog/changelog/2022-09-22-github-actions-all-actions-will-begin-running-on-node16-instead-of-node12/. Please update the following actions to use Node.js 16: lazy-actions/slatify

Merging PR #99 would fix this, afaict. @homoluctus are you still maintaining this action?

Howdy. I haven't actually used this action in quite some time, and it doesn't look like I have push access. @homoluctus you still around?

If anyone is looking for a relatively simple alternative action until this issue is resolved, this one worked pretty well for me: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/action-slack. Though it's still not as clean and easy-to-use as slatify.
