The project is already written for Cloudflare Workers, and Cloudflare has a sponsorship program (https://developers.cloudflare.com/sponsorships/).
@lazd You may try to get in touch with Cloudflare (os-opensource at cloudflare.com IIRC), requesting a free "unlimited" Cloudflare Workers plan.
