Lag-spikes caused by new entry

Hi Laytya,

Not reported together with the previous issue by me, as I assumed it could be part of the same cause, there is a considerable lag-spike when vQueue registers a new entry (would be my guess). I've disabled all other addons, and I also compare with the only other similar addon "Difficult Bulletin Board / DBB" (where vQueue is far superior in UI). DBB does not cause lagspikes at all, hence asking if there is any possibility to review a possible cause for this?
