Youtube AI Overview

Youtube now provides an AI overview on some videos e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M8R4CGXrXDc, this rule will remove it

I'm not seeing any AI overview on my end, probably apart of a rollout thing. So, unfortunately can't really test this out atm.

It was rolled out to my account not too long ago. I added the filter manually, loaded some pages, and it doesn't seem to work.

This one is still blocking the ai thing for me. If it pops up again I'll add the new necessary rule to this PR.
