Filter list broken on Bing when search results open in new tab option is checked

This filter list is completely broken on Bing when the "open links from search results in a new tab" option is enabled. This is because all the links on the search page actually link to bing.com in that situation, and not the original website.

Example: https://www.bing.com/ck/a?u=a1aHR0cHM6Ly9vcGVuYWkuY29tLw&ntb=1 (Goes to OpenAI which is supposed blocked in the search results)
