nokogiri newer version not supported

When trying to use the psd gem I get this error:

in `to_specs': Could not find 'nokogiri' (~> 1.5.0) - did find: nokogiri-1.6.8-x64-mingw32

The 1.6.8 version of nokogiri is not supported?
