[Feature Request] Ability to have multiple text layers with duration on Video Editor

Text layers on the video editor stay for the whole duration of video.

It would be great to have timings for the text layers.

Example: Layer 1 show from 0 - 3 sec. Layer 2 show from 4 - 6, etc.
