Create and Add MeshMate Badge to Layer5 Badge Assets

Current Behavior

There is currently no MeshMate badge available in the Layer5 badge assets (https://badges.layer5.io).

Desired Behavior

A MeshMate badge should be added to the badge asset repository. The badge should follow the existing style and be accessible at a similar URL path, e.g.:
https://badges.layer5.io/assets/badges/meshmate/meshmate.png

@ashok-2003, no hyphenation in the MeshMate name. Here are the badges that you can PR into this repo.
