[Feature] Upgrade to MUI v6

Current Behavior

MUI has released version 6, and Sistent would benefit from early testing to ensure that there are coverage on breaking API and makes migration easier to manage.

@krishkumar84 Hello thanks for reaching out about this. Unfortunately, this will be done at a later time, as we still need to make sure we're up to date in the Meshery UI as a whole because of what MUI supports in each version. We are not at React 18+ where we can use MUI v6 just yet. I will update this ticket as needed

This issue is no longer necessary, Meshery is using MUI v6 now
