Outside of https://layer5.io/brand, no website represents the sistent design system and it's collective artifacts.

Implementation
- Leverage Layer5 brand guide (see link above) to create designs for a new website to represent, Sistent, Layer5's Design System.
Acceptance Tests
- Community (at-large) has been given an opportunity to review. Post Call-for-Review on https://discuss.layer5.io.
- Maintainers have reviewed and approved site designs.

I have prior experience in ui/ux but haven't worked with an org yet. I have also been learning graphic and 3D designing. We’ll need to revise the Sistent website mockups a teensy bit such that the main layer5.io header and footer is used. I suspect that much of the rest could remain the same.
