Newcomer's map link broken

Description

The Newcomer's page has a map with a link to the "Newcomer's guide" that is currently broken. I'm assuming it happened in some sort of handbook restructuring

Expected Behavior

It should likely link to the Newcomer's path in the "About" page of the handbook
