layer5 Relocate partner logos to appropriate directory in static folder.

Good work here. Albeit small, further optimization would be to move these images to static/partners .

Hey @leecalcote , I noticed this issue is still inactive. My understanding is that the partner logos currently under /assets/images/partners should be relocated to /static/partners, and references updated accordingly. If that’s correct, I’d be happy to take this on. Could you assign it to me?
